The Masjid Ibnu Abbas mosque is located in Manila, Philippines. Unfortunately, I could not find an official website for the mosque. As for the schedule of prayers, it follows the usual Islamic prayer times. Entrance to the mosque is free.

In the surrounding area, there are several tourist attractions worth visiting. The Intramuros, which is the historic walled city of Manila, is just a few kilometers away from the mosque. The entrance fee is Php 75 (approximately $1.50) for adults and Php 50 (approximately $1) for students. The Rizal Park, which is a large urban park in Manila, is also nearby. It is open 24 hours a day and admission is free.

The Manila Cathedral is open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, while Fort Santiago is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The National Museum of the Philippines is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and admission is Php 150 (approximately $3) for adults and Php 120 (approximately $2.40) for students and senior citizens.
